Meditation Classes

Format

Meditation classes are 45 minutes long, structured roughly like this:

  • 5 min - Introductory Meditation

  • 15 min - Teaching

  • 10 min - Meditation

  • 10 min - Q & A

We stay on after the class for about 15 min for an optional chance to share experiences and discuss.
